Documentation Specialist (m/f)

Your profile is characterized by a completed commercial training. Ideally enhanced by additional training in technical drawing. You also qualify with a appropriate experienceof several years in a related and congeneric work field. Your responsibilities will include creating final documentations according to customers’ specifications and legal standards and guidelines. For the reading of technical drawings we require a good structural perception.

Furthermore these activities will be included in your work:

maintaining and archiving all drawings and documents
creating and updating drawing and document lists
creating and updating CAD guidelines
reviewing of internal and external drawings according to the guidelines
distributing of all drawings (revisions) and in need of documents
assisting with preparing the process schematics (P & IDs) and the plans for installation and pipeline route with AutoCAD 2012 or later
plotting and cutting drawings
scan and copy work

We are looking for someone with a precise and focused way of working so that our final documentations meet the clients' desired quality. A high degree of commitment, flexibility and the willingness for any additional work is compulsory.
Confident working with all Microsoft Office programs as well as very good oral and written English language skills complete your profile.
